When you *purchase a new electric bike from The eBike Store we include 2 years or 2000 miles free servicing as standard. So you can rest assured that you're going to get the best service and care for your electric bike right from the start.
Here's what's included in our service plan:
During the main service we also check that your electric bike software is up to date and if there's a newer version of software, we'll update your bike free of charge.
We also stamp your service book to ensure that your eBike service record is maintained which is essential if you ever decide to sell your current eBike to upgrade to a newer model.
* Please note: Our free service plan is only available on bikes that are purchased in store and are paid for in full at the time of purchase.
* We're not able to offer this plan on bikes purchased via any of the Cycle-to-Work Schemes or purchased using any of our Interest Free Finance offers. We are not able to offer this free service plan with electric bikes that are discounted or on special offer or on our SILVER PRICE deal (this exclusion also applies to 'Deal of the Day' / 'Deal of the Week' offers on our website.)
