Kalkhoff Impulse 2 replacement motor:

Complete replacement motor for Kalkhoff Impulse II equipped electric bikes. This is the latest Impulse 2.3 motor which is suitable for replacing all Impulse II motors.

There are two purchase options.

1. Outright purchase - Price is as shown on this page for an outright purchase motor. No need to return your old motor.

2. Exchange - Once you have fitted the replacement motor, you may return your old motor for a £200* surcharge refund. Once we receive your old motor we'll return it to Kalkhoff for analysis and assuming that the motor has not been tampered with OR the failure has not been caused by misuse, we will refund £200 back to your card. Please note that this process can take between 4-6 weeks as the motor has to be returned to Germany for testing. We will also need the serial number from your bike along with a copy of the original purchase invoice.

Electric bike deliveries: We use our own e-bike delivery van so all electric bikes are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. Cycle accessories are normally shipped using either Royal Mail or small parcels courier service. For returns procedure please contact us.

If an item is marked as Click and Collect then you would have to come to our Durham store to collect the item once it's ready.

We use Barclay Merchant Services to process card payments on our website. As part of the checkout authentication process you may be asked to complete 3D security checks which are there to protect both yourself as well as us from fraud. We reserve the right to decline any order that does not fully authenticate using 3D Secure. If you're unsure about 3D Secure please discuss this with your card issuing bank.

PayPal - We reserve the right to decline orders from PayPal accounts that are not fully verified or are registered to customer addresses outside the UK. Please note that we can only ship to the verified Paypal account address.
