The Pro User Diamant TG bicycle carrier is thought by Pro User to fit most bike style / frame by using frame holder straps instead of a clamp style.
The frame holders are equipped with straps. Designed to fit frames up to 80mm width. This type of frame holder is faster and more user-friendly to use than the conventional frame holder with jaw.
With frame holder with strap, the strap sticks into the frame holder and a few ratchet movements and the strap is stuck. (Too tight is not possible with this system)
The strap encloses the frame tube better than a conventional frame holder with jaw.
The advantage is that this bicycle carrier is also suitable for carbon frames.

Electric bike deliveries: We use our own e-bike delivery van so all electric bikes are delivered fully assembled and ready to ride. Cycle accessories are normally shipped using either Royal Mail or small parcels courier service. For returns procedure please contact us.
If an item is marked as Click and Collect then you would have to come to our Durham store to collect the item once it's ready.
